Global map now links case locations to dossier pages

The map is designed as a discovery layer: users can browse geography first, then open the case record behind each marker.

A map cannot prove a case, but it helps readers see patterns: coastal sightings, military ranges, populated corridors, remote incidents, and clusters created by media attention.

The current map favors clarity over spectacle. Each marker should lead to a readable dossier rather than becoming decoration.
