Representative Nancy Mace told Ask a Pol that she had been shown unreleased UAP recordings on more than one occasion by different government agencies and wanted them made public. Reporter Matt Laslo published the interview on September 11 after recording it on September 1 outside the U.S. Capitol.
Mace did not describe the recordings in enough detail to identify their dates, locations or sensor platforms. She also said she had contacts with agencies, but the interview did not establish who controls the material or what review would be required before release.
The report also informed Mace that White House adviser Stephen Miller was leading a UAP working group. Her remarks document a congressional demand for disclosure, not independent evidence about what the tapes show.
