CEFAE's Bariloche section examines the 31 July 1995 event, radio exchanges, aircraft geometry, a citywide power cut and testimony about a projector operating toward the clouds.
It gives the dossier a detailed official retrospective analysis that can be compared with pilot and control-tower accounts.
The report is a later reconstruction and proposes a resolution; it does not reproduce every raw record or demonstrate exactly what each observer perceived at every moment.
