A 23-second portrait video shows a small bright-and-dark object moving slowly against broken cloud above Walkerville; a balloon or lightweight windborne object remains plausible.
What the video shows
The complete 22.9-second portrait recording shows one small unresolved object against blue sky and broken cloud. It moves steadily across the frame while changing apparent brightness as the camera tracks and refocuses. No sharp turn, sudden acceleration or resolved structure is visible.
Witness description
The poster said they noticed the object while walking a dog in Walkerville at about 4:00 p.m. on July 19. They described it moving slowly toward thicker cloud, separate from a passing airplane, and disappearing after several minutes, possibly into cloud.

The original r/UFOs post 1v0n522 identifies the author as u/Special_Sea5332 and hosts the video under Reddit media ID sznwmtynz5eh1. The complete 1080-by-1920 H.264 stream with AAC audio was localized without trimming.
Evidence notes
The post supplies a same-day time, suburb and first-person account, and the video is continuous for its short duration. The object occupies few pixels, however, and the file provides no usable range, scale, direction, original camera metadata or independent witness. Apparent shape changes are consistent with focus, compression and changing illumination.
Possible explanations
A balloon, loose plastic or another lightweight windborne object is the leading class of explanation because the motion is slow and steady near cloud. A distant aircraft cannot be excluded from the pixels alone, though the witness reported a separate airplane. The clip does not establish anomalous performance.
