What the video shows
The roughly 40-second portrait recording follows a small pale point against an almost featureless blue sky. Handheld movement shifts its position in the frame, and the object alternates between brighter and darker appearances. No surface detail establishes a particular craft.
Witness description
The reporter, u/Harrazza, said they noticed a brief flash while walking with their partner and filmed at 9x phone zoom. They thought the object appeared stationary; their partner suggested a weather balloon. That impression is not a measured motion track.

The original MOV is supplied by ufosighting.report as report 12943, linked to Reddit post 1w8zsx9 published September 6. Its displayed device data identifies an iPhone 15 Pro. The report gives September 5 at 18:06 London time, whereas file metadata gives 20:04:36 UTC that day; the discrepancy is unresolved. The local MP4 preserves the full duration but is a transcoded viewing copy.
Evidence notes
A single zoomed view without a stable horizon cannot establish distance, size or speed. The inconsistent timestamps also prevent confident alignment with aircraft or satellite records. Device metadata alone does not authenticate every claim in the report.
Possible explanations
A reflective balloon is a plausible explanation for the bright point and apparently slow motion. A distant drone or another conventional object remains possible. Camera shake and changing reflections must be separated from actual object movement.
