What the video shows
The primary clip lasts about 46 seconds. Two adjacent silhouettes drift through a hazy, backlit sky while autofocus and digital zoom alter their apparent edges. No rigid connection between the forms is visible.
Witness description
The reporter placed the observation in the Bronx at 7:34 p.m. on September 11 and described two irregular shapes with a surrounding glow. The glow may be atmospheric scattering around backlit objects rather than a field produced by them.

Possible explanations
Two balloons moving in the same air current, birds, or a powered paraglider seen at long range remain plausible. The footage does not show abrupt acceleration or other measurable anomalous motion.
