The complete 51-second phone video shows a bright unresolved point in the night sky; filming through glass and handheld motion limit any claim of independent swaying.
What the video shows
The full 50.6-second portrait video shows a bright white point in a dark sky through a window, with a building edge in view. The point appears to shift laterally while the frame also moves. It remains unresolved and shows no measurable shape, trail, acceleration or close-range detail.
Witness description
The poster said the object was recorded in Burnaby at about 11:30 p.m. on July 19 and appeared brighter than other objects in that part of the sky. They described an unusual side-to-side sway compared with stars or aircraft, while acknowledging that a plane, drone, satellite, atmospheric effect or camera stabilization could be involved.

Evidence notes
A first-person post, city, approximate time and original full-resolution file support provenance. The scene was filmed through glass with a handheld phone, however, and lacks compass bearing, raw metadata, optical calibration and a fixed star reference. Camera movement and stabilization can create apparent point-source motion.
Possible explanations
A distant aircraft, bright star or planet affected by atmospheric scintillation, drone, or camera stabilization and autofocus are plausible. A satellite is less consistent with an apparently stationary point but cannot be assessed without direction and timing data. No anomalous flight behavior is established.
