What the video shows
The low-light camera pans repeatedly. Two lights enter from the upper left, followed by several sources that move in and out as the operator reframes and zooms. Camera motion dominates the sequence, and no fixed horizon, range or synchronized sensor data is public.
Witness description
The public release identifies the submitting military command but does not provide a named observer interview. No independent witness account is available in the published package.
Source and provenance
DVIDS posted DOW-UAP-PR126 on August 7, 2026, at https://www.dvidshub.net/video/1017790/dow-uap-pr126-unresolved-uap-report-pacific-ocean-2019. The official platform media ID is 1017790 and the DoD file ID is DOD_111887380. This page serves a complete local copy at /sighting-videos/dow-pr126-pacific-lights-2019.mp4 and a localized frame from that video.
Evidence notes
The official source and media ID establish provenance, but the public clip lacks native telemetry, range, sensor settings and a complete incident narrative. Apparent motion cannot be converted into object speed from the video alone.
Possible explanations
Distant aircraft, drone, balloon, sensor artifact, parallax or another ordinary airborne source remain possible. The public record does not support a specific extraordinary origin.
Verification notes
Verified as an official AARO/DVIDS release; unresolved in the public file and rated credibility B for provenance, not for extraordinary performance.
