What the video shows
The first four seconds and final five seconds contain no target. Between about seconds five and eight, a small contrast source enters at the left edge, crosses the field of view and exits right. The short single-sensor interval provides no reliable size or speed without range.
Witness description
The public release identifies the submitting military command but does not provide a named observer interview. No independent witness account is available in the published package.
