White floating object filmed over Los Angeles during reported storm
An October 23 witness submission preserves a 91.77-second recording of a changing white shape. The reporter suggested a weather balloon or fabric; the footage does not demonstrate extraordinary motion.

What the video shows
A small white, irregular shape remains against a grey sky while the handheld portrait view follows it. Its apparent outline changes between compact and elongated forms, and it becomes smaller or less distinct as framing changes. No rigid airframe, propulsion system or measured acceleration is resolved. The recording continues for 91.77 seconds rather than documenting the entire reported two-minute observation.
Witness description
u/Aidandatboi reported seeing the object after leaving a parking structure in Los Angeles on October 22 at 12:21 PDT. The witness described a thunderstorm, one observer and roughly two minutes of visibility, but said they could not identify it and considered a weather balloon or fabric possible. The report says no agency check was made because the witness was late for work. Weather conditions and distance have not been independently verified.

Verified submitter u/Aidandatboi filed archive report 13176, posted by u/ufosightingsbot as Reddit 1xd2p0a on October 23 at 03:04:37 UTC. The complete published source MOV, media 430a961e3ceb418a9610fae5542da761, was remuxed locally without re-encoding its H.264 picture or AAC stereo audio. The extra Apple spatial-audio track and device metadata were omitted; portrait orientation was retained. The local thumbnail is the 30-second frame. Copyright remains with the source creator.
Evidence notes
The MOV's local creation-date tag says October 22 at 12:21:28 PDT, consistent with the reported time, but its UTC creation-time field says 21:09:35Z, or 14:09 PDT. These fields do not independently authenticate the capture time and the discrepancy remains unresolved. No calibrated range, wind measurement or second viewpoint is supplied. Camera tracking and changing orientation prevent apparent screen motion from establishing an unusual flight path.
Possible explanations
Lightweight plastic, fabric or a partly deflated balloon carried by wind are plausible ordinary explanations for a white shape that folds and turns. The witness's weather-balloon suggestion has not been matched to a launch record. Without a recovered object or better scale reference, no specific identification is established, and the video is not evidence of an extraterrestrial vehicle.

Credibility C: identifiable submitter and complete playable source, but conflicting time metadata, no independent corroboration and no measured extraordinary behavior. An ordinary windblown object remains plausible.
