What the video shows
A dim point remains visible near a tree-framed section of sky while the handheld camera moves and changes focus. A second point is intermittently visible. The clip does not resolve shape, distance or a stable trajectory, and camera movement complicates claims of abrupt motion.
Witness description
The submitter described silent lights moving smoothly and at times seeming to change direction instantly. The narrative calls the observation early morning, but the archive form lists noon and the file metadata records 08:35 UTC; the exact local time is therefore unresolved.

Evidence notes
The original-device file supports provenance, but the points occupy very few pixels and there is no range, compass heading, synchronized second camera or calibrated star field. Handheld motion and autofocus prevent a reliable reconstruction of the claimed path.
Possible explanations
Satellites, distant aircraft, drones and bright stars or planets distorted by focus and camera motion remain plausible. The published video is insufficient to select one explanation.
