What the video shows
The phone camera follows a bright red point and several smaller cyan, blue or greenish marks. Some appear elongated by zoom, focus and camera motion. The lights drift or remain nearly fixed relative to the cloud field; no measurable extreme acceleration or solid structure is resolved.
Witness description
The Mandarin narration describes three elongated lights as stationary and flashing, while the red light is said to sweep downward and across the observer. The first-person account is attributed to Douyin user 马仟亿, but the camera operator's identity has not been independently verified.
